About Us
Caroline Crouch & Nick Courchesne
Whitney Hill Farm began in 2017 as a 4-H and FFA project for Caroline while living at her parents’ home. The name “Whitney Hill” comes from the geographic location of where the farm was once located in 2017. Caroline and her family raised a small herd of belted galloways, layer hens, broiler chickens, and turkeys.
When she left for college, the farm was put on hold. After college, in 2020, is when Caroline began to lease land in New Hampton and purchased 3 bred southdown ewes. At this point, Nick came aboard and Whitney Hill and the flock took off. The small flock grew to sell live lambs, raw wool and meat. In 2022, meat chickens and turkeys were added back to the farm.
Whitney Hill Farm is a supplier of fresh and local meats, raised on pasture and using regenerative processes. Consumers will feel good knowing the meat they serve to their families was raised with respect and care, while being locally raised in the White Mountains/Lakes Region of New Hampshire.
